If you’re looking for a boutique, bespoke, and excitingly different, informal setting for a small intimate Wedding, then why don’t you ‘Tie the Knot’ on the beach across from the Hostel on the shores of Loch Fyne? Or at the Hostel itself right beside Inverneil Burn?

Arrange for the local Registrar, Minister, Celebrant or even Hand Fasting, which is a traditional practice that, depending on the term's usage, may define an officiated wedding, a betrothal, or a temporary wedding. The phrase refers to the making fast of a pledge by the shaking or joining of hands.

Instead of the traditional 1st dance, you could go for a ‘wild swim’ in the Loch...obviously followed by your guests!  Build your own bonfire on the beach or even have a BBQ. We’re happy to point you in the direction of local produce or caterers - perhaps a seafood feast or hog roast would be fitting to feed your guests? There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and you can arrange and decorate the living/dining areas with flowers and lights...please, no open flame candles though due to insurance policy restrictions.

As well as the celebration venue (up to 40 guests), we can provide overnight accommodation for up to 24 people across our 7 en-suite rooms and, the ‘Wee Snug’ above makes for a cosy suite for the happy couple.
